The Town of Edgewood Commission will hold a Public Quasi-judicial Hearing at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 30th, 2025, at the Town of Edgewood Town Hall, 171 A. NM 344, Edgewood, NM, to consider the following matter:

Appeal of Approval of a Minor Subdivision

The Edgewood Town Commission will hold a Public Quasi-judicial Hearing to consider an appeal of an approval by the Town of Edgewood Planning and Zoning Commission for a Minor Subdivision. The Applicant that received approval is Campbell Farming Corp. as owner. The approved request was for preliminary and final plat approval of a “Minor Subdivision” for: Parcel 910012931 Sec. 36 T10N R7E, Property is located in Town of Edgewood, Bernalillo County New Mexico. Matter was approved under provisions identified in Town of Edgewood Ordinance 1999-R. Applicant received approval that one lot be divided into five lots. The property is currently zoned M-P Master Plan.

Appellants, applicant, Town staff and counsel for the Planning and Zoning Commission will be allowed to present relevant testimony and evidence to the Town Commission for consideration. In accordance with established judicial procedure public comment may not be considered.
