Authorizing the submission of a grant / loan application with the Rural Utility Service (RUS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for a Wastewater Collection and Treatment System for the Town of Edgewood.

Approving budget adjustments for Fiscal Year FY 2001-2002.
