Summer Reading Story Time Schedule
June 2024 & July 2024 Schedule
Join us every Wednesday for family story time! Each week has a different theme centered around the books read. After the stories, participants will get to make a craft! See the story time flyer for weekly themes.
Story time begins at 11am in the Children's Area.
Dion's Club Read Program
April 8, 2024 - July 29, 2024
Participate in Club Read, presented by Dion's and the Albuquerque Isotopes!
To participate, pick up a scorecard at the library. Read 6 books to complete your first home run! Once you've completed your home run, redeem your prize at a participating Dion's location. Be a superstar and read 6 more books to complete your second home run! Redeem your second scorecard at the Isotopes Administrative Offices.

Smokey Bear Reading Challenge
June 25, 2024 - July 31, 2024
Participate in the Smokey Bear Reading Challenge, presented by U.S. Department of Agriculture and Forest Service!
To participate, pick up a reading log at the library. Read 3 books and complete 4 activity badges to win a prize bag! Return your reading tracker to the circulation desk to pick up your prize. This challenge can be done in addition to the library's summer reading challenge. Participating in the Smokey Bear Reading Challenge does not get you extra entries into the library's summer reading challenge.
