About Woofstock

Woofstock, Edgewood Animal Control's annual Pet Expo and Adoption Festival first established in 2011 as a fundraiser, has evolved into a fun-filled day for the entire community honoring that special bond between humans and their furry companions.

Numerous animal shelters and rescues attend, bringing with them a variety of adoptable animals, as well as information about their organizations.  The event also features a low-cost animal shot clinic, provided by Joyce Lloyd Veterinary, and a wide variety of community vendors for your shopping pleasure.  Additionally, event goers will enjoy family friendly activities and animal demonstrations that take place on the field.  Attendees are encouraged to bring their pets along to participate, however, they must be on a leash at all times.

For five years Woofstock has brought the people of Edgewood together to celebrate the community and the animals that unite it and hopefully, will continue to do so for many more years ahead.
